Dr. Vartika Ratan is a Specialist Dermatologist with over seven years of medical experience, including more than four years in independent clinical and aesthetic dermatology practice and three years of postgraduate residency training. Her expertise encompasses the assessment, diagnosis and management of skin, hair and nail disorders, alongside a wide range of aesthetic procedures.
She completed her M.D. in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy at Shri B.M. Patil Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, Vijayapura, Karnataka, where she achieved first rank. She also holds a primary medical qualification equivalent to MBBS from Lugansk State Medical University, Ukraine.
Dr. Vartika’s professional experience includes specialist and consultant roles across dermatology clinics, aesthetic centres and a multispecialty hospital in Mumbai. As a former Consultant Dermatologist and Clinic Head at Kaya Clinic, she led dermatology services across multiple locations, supervised clinical staff and coordinated patient care.
Her clinical approach combines evidence-based treatment with individualised care. She develops treatment plans based on each patient’s medical history, skin concerns and goals, with particular attention to chronic condition management, preventive care and regular follow-up.
In aesthetic dermatology, her experience includes botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, biostimulators, thread treatments, lasers and energy-based procedures. She also performs minor dermatological procedures, including mole removal, wart removal and skin biopsies. Her additional training includes injectable procedures, hair transplantation and a Master Injector Certification.
